Winchester 535705299: The Winchester XPR is a cutting-edge rifle that fulfills the high-performance requirements of modern hunters. Its crowning glory is the XPR bolt-action, a feature crammed with high-quality specifications that Winchester Repeating Arms is known for. The key component is Winchester's M.O.A. Trigger System, housed within the rifle. Every part within this trigger is made from polished, hardened carbon steel given a blued finish to significantly increase its durability and resistance to corrosion.

In addition to this, it comes with a two-position safety that you can easily operate with your firing hand's thumb. Situated just before the safety button, the bolt release button enables the action to move unfired cartridges while the safety remains engaged. The cocking indicator on the bolt shroud offers both a physical and visual indication of the rifle's cocked or uncocked status. The sturdy XPR bolt is engineered from high-strength chromoly steel barstock and undergoes intense heat-treatment for through-hardening. It features three front locking lugs and a compact 60-degree lift to provide extra scope clearance during cycling. A robust nickel Teflon coating ensures sleek operation and improved corrosion resistance.

The design also includes a one-piece trigger guard and magazine frame, facilitating easy use with gloves. A precision button-rifled barrel manufactured from chromoly steel guarantees impressive accuracy with various bullet weights and types. Further assisting accuracy, the barrel is entirely free-floating to avoid any pressure points that might influence performance. Continuing on high-quality features, the XPR comes with a drilled & tapped chromoly steel receiver, a synthetic stock equipped with an Inflex Technology recoil pad, and a removable single stack box magazine.
