The Short Stroke revolver can be assembled either with the low-set Smoke Wagon hammer or with the Runnin Iron hammer that features a wider and lower profile.

The revolver is eye-catching with its lustrous blue finish, matched with a case-hardened frame. Additionally, it boasts a beautifully detailed checkered grip that guarantees comfort as well as enhanced accuracy. For those who favor a more robust grip, the roomier Army style Gunfighter grip is also on offer.

All these quality characteristics can be found in both the regular and the Taylor Tuned versions of the Short Stroke Cattleman. The Taylor Tuned variant also includes custom tuning, unique hammer and base pin springs, a three-pound trigger pull, and crisply jig-cut positive angles on all triggers and sears for reliable, smooth action. Moreover, it also has a wire bolt spring. The Taylor Tuned action promises one of the most fluid hammer and trigger pulls in the market.
