The Standard Manufacturing 1911 HPX is a full-size .45 ACP pistol built with a focus on durability, precision, and classic design elements enhanced for modern performance. The frame and slide are CNC machined from 4140 carbon steel forgings, paired with a 5-inch stainless steel match-grade barrel for improved accuracy. A non-gloss satin finish is applied to all components, with deep-cut front and rear slide serrations aiding slide manipulation and lightweight honeycomb pattern grips with thumb relief cut for comfort and control. The pistol is equipped with high-profile, low-mount Novak-style 3-dot sights to facilitate target acquisition. Operating with a single-action trigger system, the 1911 HPX uses an eight-round magazine.
