Smith & Wesson M&P 40 Law Enforcement Trade-Ins. Good to Very Good Condition. These firearms are used and many will show some very light carry wear but all are in at least the high end of Good Condition with most being Very Good or better. We do offer a Hand Select option below if you would like to receive the best of 10 based on cosmetic condition. All come with one 15 round magazine. These are the full-size police issue guns and while some will show light holster wear they are in exceptionally good condition and all have really good bores. This is the Two-Tone version with the black polymer lower and stainless steel slide. Standard steel sights. White dot dovetail front sight & fixed 2-Dot rear sight. Smith & Wesson M&P 40 Law Enforcement Trade-Ins. Good to Very Good Condition. This is the Two-Tone version with the standard black polymer frame and a matte finished stainless steel slide. These firearms are used and some will show some very light carry wear but all are in at least the high end of Good Condition with most being Very Good or better. Because these are Law Enforcement Trade-In pistols you can expect to see some very minor finish rub or light holster wear but frankly, most that we have seen would rise to the level of very good or even excellent on the grading scale and certainly all are very functional really nice pistols. All that we have inspected under this SKU have the standard steel white dot dovetail front sight & fixed 2-Dot rear sight with black frames to contrast against the stainless slide, but again, as Police Turn In's various officers may have customized a random gun here or there so sights may vary. All pistols come with 1-15 round original issue factory magazine.
