The Sierra Bullets 2200 MatchKing Bullets are a premier choice for targeted shooting. The primary focus during the conception of each MatchKing bullet is unparalleled accuracy. The very thin jackets of these bullets are produced to a strict concentricity standard, with only a maximum variation of 0.0003 inches. In addition, each bullet's weight is controlled meticulously to fall within ±0.3 grain.
All MatchKing bullets sport a hollow point design, coupled with a tiny meplat, yielding an impressively high ballistic coefficient. The bulk of these bullets are crafted in a boat tail shape to further decrease drag and amplify the ballistic coefficient. Despite occasional use of these bullets for hunting, Sierra highly recommends them exclusively for target shooting.
