PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The 37185 HM77RSB Hawkeye African Rifle from Ruger offers a smooth, crisp performance through its LC6 trigger, straight from the box. This ensures improved accuracy whether on the firing range or hunting in the field. The rifle also boasts a non-rotating, Mauser-type controlled round feed extractor, recognized as one of the most reliable case extraction systems ever created. The rifle also includes a fixed blade-type ejector that expels the empty cases as the bolt is moved fully rearward.

Making unloading easier, the Hawkeye incorporates a hinged solid-steel floorplate that allows for straightforward cartridge extraction without having to individually chamber each one. The stock of the rifle is crafted from American walnut, with an ergonomic design that fits comfortably and securely in your hands. The stock features rounded contours along the barrel, the bottom of the stock, and atop the pistol grip, complemented by wrap-around checkering on the grip and forend.

The barrel of the rifle is cold hammer-forged, a process which leads to ultra-precise rifling that not only provides exceptional accuracy but also enhances the rifle's longevity and facilitates easy cleaning. In addition to these features, the Hawkeye African Rifle presents a shallow "express-style" windage-adjustable "V" notch rear sight and a large white bead front sight, designed for prompt target acquisition.
