PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Reptilia 100-269: The RMU Mount by Reptilia is a lightweight, slim-line solution manufactured at the request of a DoD customer. The RMU Mounts are ideal for lifting a variety of optics with fixed height, lower 1/3 co-witness heights such as the EOTech line of holographic optics, Vortex Optics AMG UH-1, and Sig Optics ROMEO8T to an elevated height which is more ergonomic when using helmet-borne night vision or those who prefer a more upright shooting stance. The RMU Mount is machined from billet 7075-T6 aluminum with Milspec Type III hard anodized finish, the RMU Mount attaches to any M1913 Picatinny rail, and offers optimal sight placement with an increase in height of .625 inches. Its spring-loaded nitride steel clamp and mounting bolt simplify the installation process, and sit flush with the body of the mount for a low-profile, anti-snag design.
