PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Rear Sight, Clamp On Folding Rear Sight for Flat Top AR-15 Rifles by Magpul Industries

The MBUS (Magpul Back-Up Sight) is a low-cost, polymer, color injection molded folding back-up sight. The dual aperture MBUS Rear Sight is adjustable for windage and fits most 1913 Picatinny rail equipped weapons, but is specifically tailored to the AR15/M16 platform. Features- spring-loaded flip up sight easily activated from either side or by pressing the top, detent and spring pressure keeps sight erect but allows for unobstructed folding under impact, etc; clamps to MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny/STANAG 4694 receiver rail and provides the same height-over-bore as standard A2 irons and protective wings shield the dual, same plane flip apertures. Sight can still be folded with either large or small aperture in position. Detent knob easily and positively adjusts windage.Made in the USA.

The new MBUS (Magpul Back-Up Sight) GEN 2 is a low-cost, high quality injection molded, folding rear sight for the AR-15 Rifle.

The dual aperture MBUS Rear Sight is adjustable for windage and fits all MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail equipped weapons, but is specifically tailored to the AR15/M16/M4 platform. This sight is unique in that it can fold down to lay flat against the upper rail to protect the sight and provide a lower profile when not in use.  It can then be flipped up through an instant spring loaded mechanism that locks it in place and retains original zero.

This is a really cool and practical accessory and meets the high standard of quality that we have come to expect from all things Magpul.
