Introducing the Magpul MAG538-BLK: This is our MOE SL Hand Guard designed specifically for AR15/M4 firearms equipped with a carbine-length gas system and A2 front sight*. Our hand guard delivers a unique mix of modular flexibility and cost-effective design, thanks to its M-LOK accessory slots. Built from heat-resistant polymer, it offers the strength of an aluminum rail hand guard without the associated weight or cost, and comes with an integral riveted aluminum heat shield embedded.

This hand guard boasts M-LOK slots located at two, six, and ten o'clock positions, which enables you to attach optional Picatinny rail sections and other M-LOK compatible accessories, such as tactical lights, slings, grips, etc. It includes a large front extension and a lower lip which safeguard the user from the hot front sight assembly and also extend the useable length of the hand guard.

It's designed for effortless installation via the existing delta ring and round front hand guard retaining cap with A2 front sight assembly*. This MOE SL Hand Guard Carbine-Length is an excellent alternative to the M4 Carbine-type plastic, two-piece hand guards and utilizes the existing round front hand guard retaining cap and spring-loaded delta ring at the rear. It's important to note that it's not compatible with piston operated AR platforms and must be paired with the triangular A2 front sight assembly, other gas blocks will not work. Please also be aware that the factory sling swivel is not compatible and will need to be removed from the A2 front sight assembly, if currently fitted. Proudly made in USA.
