The Magpul MAG514-GRY MS3 offers both one-point attachment for direct action maneuverability and two-point attachment for stability. This extremely adaptable sling system includes single-hand adjustments and quick-release, positive-locking hardware, ensuring both flexibility and durability.
In its second iteration, the MS3 GEN2 introduces a new low-profile quick-adjust slider. It also includes Symmetrical Paraclip shackles that allow for a seamless transition and offer quick-release weapon capabilities. For additional security, each Paraclip contains a cross-bolt lock bar that lets the user lock its lever closed if desired.
The steel Paraclip levers have undergone case hardening and a finish with a ferritic nitrocarburizing process, ensuring ultimate resistance to wear and corrosion. The rear sling mount is compatible with the Magpul Asap, facilitating optimal shoulder transitioning in one-point mode, and the SGA Receiver Sling Mount. It can also be used with various snap-hook style sling loops* and standard or QD sling swivels.
The front mount can be used with the Magpul RSA, MSA, and Forward Sling Mount. It also works with many snap-hook-style sling loops* and standard or QD sling swivels to be used in two-point mode. Please note that snap-hook style sling loops should have an inner diameter of a minimum 3/8" for operability, but utilizing ones that are 9/16" or larger will provide a full range of motion.
