The Magpul MAG470-GRY, also known as the STR (Storage/Type Restricted), is a high-quality, substitute buttstock designed specifically for AR15/M4 carbines that use mil-spec sized receiver extension tubes. This version of the STR is storage-capable, similar to the CTR, allowing you store batteries or small items within two water-resistant tubes.

Moreover, the STR presents enhanced features like improved cheek weld for increased comfort and accuracy. Its compact structure is reinforced with polymer A-frame design, making it robust and durable. The framework of the STR includes two in-built sling loops and a replaceable 0.30" rubber butt-pad which assures a solid shoulder grip to avert any slippage, even when wearing body armor or carrying modular gear.
