PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Magpul's MAG248-GRY, also known as MBUS (Magpul Back-Up Sight), is an affordably priced, polymer, color injection molded folding back-up sight. Not only does its design complement most 1913 Picatinny rail-compatible weapons, its specifics make it especially fitting for the AR15/M16 platform.

Some of its notable features include a dual aperture MBUS Rear Sight that can be adjusted for windage. It also boasts a spring-loaded flip-up sight that can be activated effortlessly from either side or by pressing the top. The sight maintains an erect position due to detent and spring pressure but can fold freely when impacted.

The sight clamps securely to MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny/STANAG 4694 receiver rails and matches the height-over-bore of standard A2 irons. It also features protective wings that safeguard the dual, same plane flip apertures. Regardless of the aperture's size, the sight can still fold comfortably.

Windage adjustments are a breeze, thanks to the detent knob. This product is proudly made in the USA.
