The Wilson Combat LA10-115-XD features a unique nose geometry that ensures deep, linear penetration, resulting in a wound cavity diameter larger than most expanding bullets. The Xtreme Defense bullet is superior in instances where there are barriers such as drywall or heavy clothing before the target. This is because such barriers do not induce the potentially adverse effect on the bullet that they typically have on traditional hollow point bullets.
