The Wilson Combat 05264130CUSP features Controlled Chaos lead-free bullets. Once a target is hit, the front segment of the bullet disintegrates into multiple fragments that spread outwards, deviating from the bullet's initial path and causing a significant energy increase. The bore diameter base of the bullet carries on and cuts a deep, straight wound.

This bullet creates both temporary and permanent injuries on impact which are substantial due to the bullet's fragmentation. Such a design results in swift incapacitation of the target. The solid base of the bullet causes additional tissue damage and often results in a complete penetration of the target.
