PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The product showcased is the Ka-Bar Knives 1282, also known as the Kabar D2 Extreme Knife. This special knife is known for its 7 part serrated clip point blade, crafted from the durable D2 steel which is .165 in thickness. The blade maintains a steadfast Rockwell hardness rating of between 59-60.

Its blade is coated with a subtle non-reflective black epoxy powder, and comes equipped with a blood groove and a USA tang stamp as an indicator of quality. The handle, made from black Kraton G material, is deeply grooved and nearly impervious to sweat, water and an array of chemicals. Both the metal butt cap and the guard have been coated with powder for additional durability.

Along with the knife, a Molle compatible nylon/Cordura sheath featuring a front pouch is included for convenience. The Kabar D2 Extreme Knife measures an overall length of 11 7/8 and weighs a moderate .75 pounds. This product is proudly made in the USA.
