PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Hunting Shack BER270150VLD is a product of the collaboration between HSM and Berger, constituting an exclusive line of Trophy Gold rifle ammunition. This range of ammunition is meticulously loaded with Berger's superior match grade VLD (Very Low Drag) hunting bullets and offers a versatile load suitable for small, medium and large game.

Previously exclusive to those who custom-loaded, Berger's VLD hunting bullets carry the highest attainable ballistic coefficient. They are engineered to support shots over 300 yards without compromising on close-range performance. The design of these VLD bullets includes a sharp hollow point nose, designed to penetrate between 2" and 3" prior to beginning expansion.

On initial expansion, the bullet tends to shed between 40% to 85% of its weight as shrapnel into the surrounding tissue and organs. This process creates a destructive wound channel, causing the bullet's energy and hydrostatic shock to be expended throughout the mass of the target animal, resulting in a highly effective impact.
