PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Hornady 095340 Lock-N-Load Rifle Bullet Feeder is specially tailored for usage with the Lock-N-Load AP reloading press. This product comes as a comprehensive unit ready for 22 caliber bullets. Additionally, a conversion kit for 30 caliber bullets (item 90510) can be procured independently to provide the reloader with flexibility to load the two most widely-used calibers.
Moreover, it's fully compatible with other pressing machines and utilizes the universally recognized 7/8" 14 die threads. When combined with the Lock-N-Load Case Feeder, users can anticipate extensive enhancements in productivity and reloading velocity, potentially reaching 50% faster rates (dependent on user expertise and proficiency).
The Bullet Feeder Die is activated hand-in-hand with the case, implying the bullet will only progress upon interaction with the case. A single station manages feeding, seating, and crimping the bullet. It's important to note that the newly introduced Rifle Bullet Feeder System must be bought separately from the Hornady Pistol Bullet Feeder. This is due to the incompatibility between the hopper systems and die bodies. Lastly, cast lead bullets are not suitable for use in any Hornady Bullet Feeder.
