PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The HK Mark 23 is a match-grade DA / SA pistol with a rich history of military service. As the issued sidearm of the U.S. Navy SEALs beginning in 1996, the Mark 23 saw action around the globe and is still deployed on missions requiring an offensive handgun to this day. The Mark 23 has a earned a reputation for exceptional precision, allowing shooters to achieve incredibly tight groupings with a 5.87" threaded barrel and a smooth 5.17-lb single-action trigger pull.

Chambered in .45 ACP, the Mark 23 is an excellent suppressor host and is capable of firing subsonic, standard, and +P ammunition. It is also one of the toughest pistols ever built, having met or exceeded the rigorous testing requirements of SOCOM and the United States government. Few combat handguns are as versatile or as resilient, which might explain why the Mark 23 is so highly sought after on the civilian market.

The Mark 23 features a frame-mounted decocking lever and a separate ambidextrous thumb safety, allowing the pistol to be carried "cocked and locked" with the safety engaged. Additionally, the corrosion-proof frame utilizes an ambidextrous paddle-style magazine release and an oversized trigger guard which aids handling when wearing gloves. The slide has a corrosion-resistant blued finish for enhanced durability and the extractor doubles as a loaded chamber indicator.
