PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Heckler and Koch 81000361 is a masterful construction featuring a fiber-reinforced polymer frame, fortified by stainless steel inserts at high-stress and high-friction areas. HK was the trailblazer over 30 years ago in utilizing polymer materials in handgun production with the creation of the VP70Z and P9S pistols.

The USP control lever, which combines safety and decocking functions, is easily reachable given that it's mounted on the frame. This is a departure from many semi-automatic pistols that feature slide-mounted safety mechanisms.

The USP employs a specialized Browning-type action along with a patented recoil reduction system. This system significantly diminishes the recoil impact on the pistol's components as well as the shooter. This robust recoil reduction system, tested and solidified in the HK Mark 23 pistol built for the U.S. Special Operations Command, works effectively across all USP models without any need for special adjustment or maintenance. It is also unaffected by different types of ammunition.

Variant 1 stands out with its feature of double action/single action, accompanied by a "SAFE" position. The control lever for manual safety and decocking is located on the left side of the frame.
