PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Guard Dog Body Armor Level 4 Side Plates are a robust set of 6’x8’ level 4 side plates made from a combination of Alumina and PE. These plates pair with plate carriers (such as the Sheppard Series from Guard Dog) that have side panel pockets to protect your exposed underarm area from exposure. Being level 4 rated, these are tested to the NIJ 0101.06 Level IV standards, and are able to stop up to .30-06 Armor Piercing ammunition. Featuring a single curve for comfort, a water-resistant polyester cover, and weighing in at just 3.2lbs each, this pair of plates increases the  overall threat protection in your plate carrier.

 

Note: These are 6’ x 8’ and fit in plate carriers specifically designed with side panel pockets, some plate carriers are not equipped with these armor panel pockets. Please check your carrier before purchasing. These plates are NOT designed as front/ back plates.
