PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

FN 20-100042: We proudly manufacture our FN AR15 top-tier button rifled barrels utilizing U.S-sourced Chrome Moly Venadium material as per Mil-B-11595E standards. Each barrel is put through rigorous High-Pressure Testing (HPT) and Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) to guarantee the absence of microstresses and flaws. These quality check processes ensure exceptional consistency and quality with every factory shipment.

The bore and chamber are exclusively chrome-lined to offer resistance to corrosion and withstand heat erosion, significantly improving the lifespan of the barrel and ensuring reliable chambering/extraction. The barrel features M4 style feed ramps and an extension to facilitate consistent feeding. In addition, we make sure to complete it with a matte black Manganese Phosphate finish to withstand external corrosion and oxidation.

FN A15 premium button rifled barrels are are manufactured using U.S. sourced Chrome Moly Venadium material per Mil-B-11595E. The bore and chamber are chrome lined to help resist corrosion and provide resistance to heat erosion which greatly improves barrel life and reliable chambering / extraction. The M4 style feed ramps and barrel extension provide consistent feeding and the matte black Manganese Phosphate finish resists external corrosion and oxidation.
