The Federal S45SJT2 Syntech Defense provides a powerful terminal performance that is shaped by a hollow-point bullet. This bullet diverges into three sections and a will penetrate deep when impact occurs. The core is capable of penetrating between 12 to 18 inches in both bare ballistics gel and through heavy clothing.
