The Faxon Firearms 15A58R20NGQ represents a perfect fusion of two top-performing profiles: Gov't and Pencil. Faxon's innovative Gunner profile merges the sturdiness of the Gov't with the lightweight agility of the Pencil profile. This design shifts the balance of the rifle closer to the shooter, minimizing fatigue and facilitating extended periods of shooting, training, or hunting. All Faxon barrels undergo full stress relief, air-gauge testing, and feature an 11-degree target crown to guarantee unmatched accuracy.

Additional features boast button rifling, the dynamic Gunner profile, a rifle-length barrel gas system, and Nitride finish—both internally and externally. A 1/2"-28 thread, an 11-degree target crown, a 1.9" gas block journal, and an M4 barrel extension are incorporated – all culminating into a streamlined shooting experience.
