PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The CMMG 99D517A product comprises a 9mm Barrel and BCG Kit, which enables you to construct a Pistol Caliber Carbine using CMMG's innovative and patent-pending Radial Delayed Blowback System. Distinct from common direct blowback mechanisms, the RDB system necessitates a bolt to rotate and unlock, thereby decelerating the BCG. This leads to a lighter BCG and, consequently, a less weighty rifle as well as reduced felt recoil compared to traditional blowback systems.

The unique Barrel and Bolt Kits from CMMG are crafted to exclusively align with mil-spec AR-15 upper receivers with an adapted ejection port. Notable compatible receivers include their MkG/MkGs upper, most mil-spec AR15 lowers, and 9 AR Conversion mags when used with their MkGs Mk17 and Mk9* lowers. Although other manufacturers' receivers may also be eligible, flawless operation or reliability cannot be guaranteed.

For the older Mk9 lowers, one of their retrofit kits will be necessary to modify it into a Radial Delayed Blowback compliant lower, replacing the conventional Blowback.
