PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Carlsons 80105, a model from the Ported Bone Collector Turkey Choke Tubes lineup, boasts superior constriction that forms incredibly compact patterns. It's compatible with all types of shotshell ammunition used for turkey hunting such as lead, nickel-plated, copper-plated, bismuth, hevi-shot, tungsten, and TSS. A longer taper section enhances the tube's constriction, promising tighter patterns while minimizing flyers, thus ensuring a greater number of pellets hit the target every time.
Meticulously crafted from 17-4 heat treated stainless steel, the Bone Collector Choke tubes carry a non-reflective matte black finish. Each constriction of the choke tube has undergone rigorous pattern testing and has produced the best results with 4 through 10 shot. For shot sizes larger than #4, a more open choke tube is recommended to achieve the most effective patterning.
Remember, each shotgun choke tube should be tested with the specific shot shell load you plan on using. Different types and manufacturers of ammunition might result in different patterns, even when using the same choke tube.
