PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Buffalo Bore Ammunition 8C/20 offers a unique blend of compatibility and power in 45-70 ammunition. This ammo is externally identical to the Saami spec 45-70 ammunition, with an internal composition generating increased power and pressure. While it can fit any 45-70 firearm, it is crucial to note that not every 45-70 firearm can safely use it.

Recommended use is limited to specific firearms, such as all Marlin 1895 versions produced since 1972. Keep in mind that these 1895 Marlins are all model 336 actions, chambered in 45-70. It's also suitable for all Browning 1885 and 1886 copies, the Rossi Rio Grande, the New England Arms Handi Rifle, and the T/C Encore.

Safe operation extends to all contemporary steel-made falling block actions, including but not limited to, Ruger #1 and #3, Shiloh, Christian, and Persoli Sharps. More so, all iterations of Winchester 1886 created post 1915 and all Siamese Mauser bolt actions can also use this ammo safely.
