PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Bergara BPR37-65PRC presents the MgLite model that harmoniously combines the BPR37's Cure Carbon Barrel with our unique Bergara Premier action. This particular action model consists of a non-rotating gas shield, a coned bolt nose, and a sliding plate extractor. Specifically designed as a two-lug system, this unique action includes a separate floating bolt head, ensuring total contact with the lug abutments housed in the action.

Featuring a cone-shaped bolt nose, it guarantees the smooth intake of the cartridge. Additionally, a spring-loaded sliding plate extractor is superbly located in the front of the lower locking lug. The bolt body itself is crafted from premium stainless steel and sports a pad at the rear which accepts the threaded-in bolt handle.

Extremely durable components, such as the bolt head, non-rotating gas shield, and bolt shroud are completely Nitrided and offer excellent self-lubrication features. The trigger assembly incorporates a two-position safety as well as a TriggerTech Frictionless Release Technology trigger. One of the remarkable benefits of this arrangement is the bolt handle's ability to remain unlocked in the closed position, enabling the rifle to be safely unloaded while still maintaining the safe position.
