PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Bergara BPR2065PRC is a robust HMR Pro Rifle that actively features the Bergara Premier Action. This is thoughtfully crafted as a two-lug system, including a separate floating bolt head which ensures consistent contact with the lug abutments located in the action component. Moreover, it boasts a cone-shaped bolt nose that guarantees smooth cartridge feeding as well as a spring-loaded sliding plate extractor.

The integral one-piece bolt body is composed of durable stainless steel, and it is fitted with a pad at the back to accommodate the threaded-in bolt handle. Adding to its superior construction, the bolt head, non-rotating gas shield, bolt handle, and bolt shroud are all thoroughly Nitrided. This meticulous process ensures the utmost in endurance and leverages self-lubricating properties for optimal usage.

Complementing this, the two-position safety is assimilated into the trigger assembly. Notably, in the HMR Pro rifle model, this includes a TriggerTech Frictionless Release Technology. An advanced feature of this combination lets the bolt handle remain unlocked when in the closed position. This key safety measure allows for the rifle to be effectively unloaded while remaining in its safe position.

Moreover, this 6.5 PRC model comes with a threaded barrel that is also compatible with Remington 700 style rings and bases. An additional convenience is its detachable magazine for easy and efficient use.
