PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The AccuSharp 736C Fillet Knife is an excellent tool for precisely carving fish fillets, owing to its adaptable 6.5" design. The blade, crafted from satin-finished stainless steel, is further fortified with a titanium coating that delays wear and enhances the longevity of the cutting edge. Its handle, boasting a distinctive fish-scale pattern, is made slip-resistant by the over-molded TPR surface, optimizing the using comfort while ensuring a steady grip. The AccuSharp 2-Step Carbide-Ceramic Knife Sharpener, used in conjunction with the knife, simplifies the sharpening process. By guiding the blade a few times through the coarse slot, you can easily rejuvenate the edge, while a further couple of strokes through the fine rods give the edge a fine finish and polish for a seamlessly sharp end result.
